Points to observe:

Paul and the synoptic gospels are speaking of the same single parousia event of the Lord.
It takes place in the clouds, with angels, with a trumpet call.
All those who are Christ’s, OT and NT believers alike, are resurrected in order. “All” means all, not just the church.
It takes place after the apostasy, after the man of lawlessness is revealed, on “the last day.”
The “resurrection” (of all the righteous) and “the last day” are obviously associated.
